Fibers

Cross stitch, crazy quilts,  Silk Ribbon embroidery and various forms of fine hand sewing.  I also dye silk ribbon a well as spin silk, wool and other fibers!  

Sculpting

I love to sculpt.  After a while though, I had to stop because I was running out of room in my house.  So what did I take up recently? Manniqart. sculpture on the human form, making pieces which REALLY fill up my living room and van when I transport them.  Finding storage spaces for them when not on display is a real challenge. 

Fine art

The best part of Christmas every year was getting a new coloring book and box of crayons.  I am still addicted to Crayola products, and think I probably own one of everything they make by now.  Here are some samples of watercolors, acrylics, sumi-e ink painting, and calligraphy.
